Privacy, in plain language
Extropus.com believe privacy policies should be easy to understand, without the confusing legal jargon.

1. What We Collect When You Log In
When you sign in using your Google account, we only ask for the absolute basics:
- Your Email Address: So we can create your account, identify you securely, and reach out if you need support.
- Your Name & Profile: So we can personalize your experience in our apps.
- Login Confirmation: A secure, technical signal from Google that simply confirms your identity.
2. How We Use Your Information
We keep things simple. Your basic details are used exclusively to:
- Set up and manage your user account.
- Keep our systems secure and prevent unauthorized access.
- Provide technical support and improve the overall service.
3. How We Keep Your Data Safe
Your data is safe with us. We rely on encrypted cloud infrastructure (like Cloudflare or Supabase) to manage our databases and authenticate users securely.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
4. A Quick Note on Specific Apps
This is our overarching rulebook for Extropus. Since we build various tools and platforms, some might occasionally require extra permissions. If a specific app ever needs more than just a basic login, we will clearly present a dedicated privacy notice for your approval right on the login screen.
